We provide independent opinion on the neuropsychological, psychosocial and emotional impact of the Traumatic Brain Injury or witness of traumatic events as a result of MVAs, PVAs, Medical Malpractice, Structural or Environmental Negligence (e.g. Electrocution, Slip and fall, and any Industrialised incidents) Our vested Experts provide a thorough, holistic and detailed medico-legal assessment as well as a detailed medico-legal report at a competitive rate.
We provide independent opinion on the potential educability impact of the TBI or related to children/scholars or any group of individuals eligible to learn by default. Our experts’ opinions regarding the learning ability both pre and post-morbid are based on the comprehensive and detailed psych-educational assessments conducted with the claimants in a friendly and conducive environment. Our vested Educational Psychologists provide objective expert opinion regarding the educability of the claimants following the experience or witness of the traumatic events leading to disturbances in their cognitive, psycho-social or emotional functioning as well as schooling or learning ability. We specialise in all Medico-Legal related claims such as (RAF, Medical Malpractices, Electrocutions etc.)
This group of experts focuses specifically on the loss of earnings or potential loss of earnings as a result of involvement in traumatic experiences such as MVAs, PVAs, Medical Malpractice, Electrocutions, Loss of Support/Death of a bread winner etc. Our vested Industrial Psychologists provide experts opinions regarding the loss of earnings advised by current employment trends and the claimant’s evidenced vocational profiles. A thorough IP assessment is done to gain full insight into the injured’s world. These experts do thorough research and processes to draft projections which are valuable and valid.
A specific focus of the Occupational Therapy is in providing the expert opinion regarding the injured’s vocational ability (i.e. Capacity to partake in daily Activities of living as well as Capacity to participate in the Open Labour Market or Work). Our vested Occupational Therapists aim to provide thorough, valid and reliable opinions regarding the vocational ability of the injured both pre- and post-injury through conducting thorough Functional Capacity Evaluations. Our OT experts are Workwell and ErgoScience certified.
With the growing trends and unavoidable, untimely traumatic experiences, mental fatigues, burnouts at work etc., the organisations remain in imbalance between organisational performance and staff performance. At Boqapi Consulting Services we understand the unavoidable impacts experienced by employees and employers. The use of psychometric tests as part of the selection process has many advantages, both for the companies, potential funders as well as for the candidate applying for the vacancies or fundings. If employed correctly and responsibly, psychometric testing can contribute to the effectiveness of a company’s selection and placement process (Owen & Taljaard 1996).

We require a Registered Counsellor or Psychometrist (Registered with HPCSA) for the roles of:
- Medico-Legal Assessments (Industrial Psychology, Educational Psychology & Clinical Psychology) – Registered Counsellor
- Educational Psychology,
- Capturing and Report Compilation (Intergration);
Majority of the work is REMOTE, however with a requirement of all round availability due to nature of the business and production processes. As a result, the following non-negotiable qualities are required:
- Registration with the HPCSA as a Registered Counsellor
- Minimum of a valid Code 08 drivers’ license
- Ability to work under pressure and unsupervised,
- All-round 24/7 availability depending on workload and demand from clients
- 01 year experience in Medico-Legal consultancy with an eagerness to learn (Training to be provided)
- Understanding of the Ethical Codes of Conduct as promulgated by the HPCSA and other related stakeholders.
Remuneration and Benefits
- Remuneration will be based on profile presentation and experience starting at a minimum basic salary of R120 000.00 p.a.
- The successful candidates will also receive a Pension Fund benefit as well as a Medical Insurance benefit.
